UK House Price Crash Prediction

Everyone else is on the bandwagon so I thought I would come up with my UK house price crash prediction. It goes like this, prices will finally bottom out the end of 2016 with the average house exchanging hands for just £102,500. It will then take a further 6 years for the average price to reach its heights of today at £193,000. The bottom line, if you bought your house in 2007, it will be sometime around 2023 before you will be out of negative-equity. Don't panic though, come June or July 2009 there will be a upturn lasting about 3 or 4 months in which you can recoup some of your losses before things really turn bad.
